Ticketing System

The Service Tickets feature allows for your clients to submit service request tickets and logs the back and forth with your support techs.

The Tickets Page allows your techs to sort or search for tickets to review open or closed tickets for historical purposes. The client also has access to their tickets for review.

Service Tickets are a good way to keep track of communication back and forth with the client while working through a support request. What we did to make it easy for the client to respond, is put a “Click here to respond” link right on the email. So the client does not have to log into their account to respond. We found that this small thing greatly increased the responses from our clients.
