The Scheduling feature allows techs to create or edit scheduled events on a calendar. These events can be single or recurring. The Scheduling Page allows techs to view scheduled events for the Day, Week, or Month. It also shows the tech selected for that event.
Scheduled Events are a good way to keep track of techs time and for the staff to know exactly what is schedule for the day, week, or month.
